Here we go again!

 

I will try to do 1200 myself (even though  didn't do 1000 last month...)!!!

 

04/01 80 mins (10 mins jogg for 1rst time + 2x35 bike to and from work)

04/02 45 mins (10 mins stretching/toning (still SO sore from my jogg lollll + 35 mins bike)

04/03 35 mins bike

I'm in. I did 40 min on the elliptical yesterday, plus a few minutes of weight lifting. I'll have to start timing that so I can be accurate.

I think I half did Jan and then started in Feb but disappeared duck.gifI am in it for real this time!

I keep trying for 1500 and coming up short.  I do have nice excuses....   You would think I could take the hint and be more realistic.....

4/1  -  55 minutes weights at the gym

4/2  -  60 minute run

4/3  -  off

4/4  -  35 minutes weights at the gym

4/5  -  45 minutes cardio at the gym

4/6  -  95 minute cardio - 75 running about 9 miles and the rest stretching, warm up and cool down

4/7  -  30 minutes weeding in the garden

4/8  -  70 minutes in the gym cardio and weights

4/9  -  60 minute speed work out

4/10 -  70 minutes total.....30 cardio and 40 weights

4/11 -  50 minute trail run

4/12  -  35 minute weight workout

4/13  -  took the day off!

4/14  -  70 minute trail run

4/15  -  65 minute interval workout and light weights

4/16 -  25 minutes weights
4/17 - 55 min light weights and run
4/18 - nothing
4/19 - 60 min walking
4/20 - 45 minute run. Ran a 5k in 22:48. Includes warm and cool down and stretch
4/21 - 65 minute run in the mountains.
4/22 - nothing!  So tired.....

4/23 - 55 minute trail run

4/24 - 60 minutes at the gym
4/25 - 80 minute long run

4/26 -  60 minutes at the gym - weights and light cardio

4/27 -  I took the day off!  And I needed it

4/28 -  70 minute run
