Here we go again!

I will try to do 1200 myself (even though didn't do 1000 last month...)!!!

04/01 80 mins (10 mins jogg for 1rst time + 2x35 bike to and from work)

04/02 45 mins (10 mins stretching/toning (still SO sore from my jogg lollll + 35 mins bike)

04/03 35 mins bike

I keep trying for 1500 and coming up short. I do have nice excuses.... You would think I could take the hint and be more realistic.....
