I'm not sure where to ask this question. I've been told that I have anemia, and during my period, I find that at least one leg hurts. Sometimes drinking Ensure helps. Does anyone have any other suggestions? It's not practical to stay off my feet all day as I have four children under age 8 - laundry to put away, meals to cook, dishes to wash, floor to sweep, etc. and plus I was thinking about going out today and I would have to use my right foot, the one that hurts, to drive. Thanks for any help you can give - and the cheaper the better. :)

May God bless you and His Blessed Mother Mary keep you!  :-)

Maybe you're dehydrated and/or have low-blood pressure? I tend to have very low blood-pressure, and during my period I start to really hurt if I exert myself.

Thank you, Tahpenes. Yes, that could be. Normally my blood pressure is low - I forget if it's 60/90 or 90/60 because it's been a year since it was taken. It hasn't hurt since I posted about it a few days ago but I will keep hydration in mind.
