149.5!!!!  Broke 150.  Super happy.  I have been going to step and spin classes and it is not only making me feel so great, it is a nice break from the kids.

154.6 this morning. It LOOKS like a 2 lb loss, but really thought last week's weight was falsely high, so I was hoping for something lower. I did 3 sessions of C25k this week, and walked back and forth on beach sand a bunch yesterday. I feel like I ate pretty well this week, but I guess I'll have to be a bit more watchful of my diet thus week.

I was 140.9 this morning.  I was really surprised to be down--I'm afraid I was just dehydrated or something this morning and didn't really lose...I have been walking more and trying to add more intense types of exercise as well.

160 over ate on snacks.... Was a lil sad and stressed out... Chocolate and chips did it....Emotional eating is never a good thing.. Will make it up this week for sure...

For those of you struggling with food choices, try myfitnesspal.com

I have been using it to track what I eat as I gain weight in this twin pregnancy.  My doctor says I should gain a pound a week in the first trimester because in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters it is hard to eat enough because the babies take up so much space. The myfitnesspal.com has an app for my smartphone and online tracking as well for either losing - like you ladies are trying to do - or for gaining like I am trying to do right now.

 

Several people from the orange team haven't checked in yet this week.  I will post the chart tomorrow morning.

I didn't lose but my grandmother died on Wednesday and the funeral was Saturday so I've been doing a lot of traveling and haven't been home in my routine.

So sorry for your loss, micah_mae.  My uncle passed away last month and between the stress and the sadness and the travelling and the readily available junk food it was tough to stay on course.  I ended up drinking way more soda than I wanted to!

 

I hope this week brings healing and a more regular routine for you!

209. Went to my brother's this past weekend. They like to eat out a lot. I did go for a walk today and I skated yesterday for the first time in 6 months. My ankle is hurting today, and I'm a little worried I tweaked it. I have PT appt tomorrow, so i'll have her check it and see.

Ouch! Hoping for a speedy recovery... I had mastitis three times. It sucked real bad, and it made me want to cry because of how painful it was.

i exercised all right but my eating was not very controlled

.... i must do better this week since my end of year dance gala is this coming Saturday,

(have started to use fake tan on my mid section, i hate to be all white and flobby ...)

I'm at 213 today.  :(  

 

We are living in temporary housing(a super sweet little cottage!) with somewhat limited cooking facilities.  Add in the stress of a long and drawn out closing on our old house and my eating has not been ideal.

 

I'm hoping for less food on the run this week and some more activity!

At first I thought it was an error and I weighed myself a couple of times more. I guess it's real! I'm so glad!! A 1.5lbs loss here!

And waist is 40" was 47 in February!!

No change for me, 169.8.  My diet was horrible this weekend.  The carbs sneak in and I feel like cr@p, all bloated and sluggish.  My running is going well and I'm progressing and slowly getting faster.  My weight workouts are spotty at best, it's truly a struggle to consistently workout with the 6 kids.
