How do you like that second level?

I can't get myself to do the last day of level 2... Been doing other kind of exercise but not nearly as intense as usual...

Finished level 1!

 

I have been doing the shred workout with yoga right after or later in the day (when the kids are napping...so much more relaxing without kids yelling/playing)!

I feel like such a fat, clumsy, cow. Ugh.

Went down for my first walk down pushup, and my hand slipped across the carpet and I slammed flat into the floor. Hurt my neck and knocked the wind out of me. I gave up and haven't done it sense.

I tried a new yoga dvd and couldn't do half of it. My legs felt like they were on fire, my arms felt like lead weights, and I was shaking all over. Strength takes time!

I am going to start working in a yoga dvd 1x a week and a swimming session 1x a week a hike 1 x a week and then 3 days a week this one

That sucks Twilight! I actually slipped too while doing the walking push-ups but not as much as you! Try doing it hands on your yoga mat or a carpet.

 

Just finished day 10 level 2 and I'm soooo over it! Won't be starting level 3 til Monday cause I'm going out tonight which means I will be dead tomorrow and Sunday I work the day shift so I'll already be getting 1h of bike... See ya Monday, shred!

I did Day 1 of Level 2 last Friday. My left knee had been bothering me a bit, and I think I overdid it, because now, even with two rest days, it is really bothering me. I find it SO frustrating that I finally found something that I can do at home, was starting to feel good about myself, and now I don't know if I should keep it up. Grrrr.

I've been bad and haven't started level 3 yet. I just can't get myself to do it and my brother and father are coming to stay with us for a few days so I doubt I'll be shredding at all. Will do a lot of walking with them though!

I did Level 1 all Natalie except for the push-ups. I just did level 2 again with a lot of modifications so I wouldn't be jumping. It doesn't get my heartrate up as much, but at least I am getting most of the strength benefits.

I feel you. I've been doing the Shred since June 14 and I'm getting tired of it. I want to start doing something else.

Did day 1 level 3, was pretty hard and realized I cannot do sit-ups. at. all. I need to do more ab work, found a good yoga work-out for abs, thinking of starting that as soon as my family leaves!
