167. Just in time to be too late! What is going on with me, I wonder.
140.5 Down another pound!!!
pleased with my progress for once !
169.1 down .4 lol. Was down to 168 this week but I guess last night's snacking erased it all (or hopefully it's just the sodium and tomorrow I'll be back down there?) Anyway no big deal! It has been a f*cked up month of August, still not completely back to normal, so I take what I can.
Lost 6.6 lbs this challenge for a total of 23 lbs since April! Yay! At the end of the next challenge I'd like to be able to say that I lost 30 lbs. But that's another story
No change from last week, 156.6lbs.
Need to really think about whether I'm going to participate in the next challenge. My 7mo is teething and her naps are all over the place leaving me with rough sleep at night and inconsistent workouts.
I do have a 10 day beach vacation in 5 weeks and I'd really like to be at my goal by then (another 6.5-11.5lbs to go depending on how I'm feeling).
I have mixed feelings about how I did in this challenge. On the one hand, I'm glad that I'm exercising again. I was very faithful to fitting in my four workouts, even though this is the worst time of year for me (teacher). And, I did lose 4 pounds. On the other hand, I feel like I worked harder than 4 pounds. I'll have to start taking a closer look at my diet, now that I know I can fit the exercise in.
I'm back for the next round. When do we start?
150.5... a little loss!
Usually she starts a new thread a few days after the end of the finished challenge and people have a week or so to "register", so we kind of have a week off haha. But of course you can keep going to lose more weight.
Ok thanks Jaxy! I'll keep my eye out for the new thread!
Agreed, thank you for organizing this lilacvioletiris!!!!

TwilightJoy, check out this BMI calculator at http://www.webmd.com/diet/calc-bmi-plus to get an idea of a healthy range. It looks like from 108 pounds to 145 pounds would be a healthy range for you so somewhere in the 120s as a goal weight sounds like a good place to be, but this calculator looks at a few other factors too.
Congrats Twilightjoy! Do you mind sharing the secret to your success?
