Has anyone tried the You Are Your Own Gym program by Mark Lauren? I recently got the book and the app and I am very interested. If you haven't heard of it the program consists of various bodyweight exercises that you are supposed to be able to do just about anywhere.
You start by figuring out your fitness level and then do a 10 week series of exercises based on that level. The program is 3 days a week for about half an hour.
