I know it's only Friday but I'm all excited because Sunday I was at 168 and something and this morning an even 166!? Anyway I'm happy ahah, very motivating since I haven't been this low in like 10 years! Been eating very well and I highly recommend that honey-cinnamon thing to any sweets addict like me, it works!!!

i keep making "the wrong food choices" this week, ... am now dreading the scale !

on the other hand, i had a dance top altered (was made for a show 3 years ago) so it fits snuggle and enjoyed wearing it at dance class on Thursday, although my tummy is much more in view than with a regular T-shirt ....

You lost a lot since last year IsaFrench, I bet you look great!!

 

Been doing good food-wise, keep making this organic kale salad (with orange slices, shredded carrots, pieces of bell peppers and onions, sunflower seeds, (would be great too with some roasted chickpeas!!) with a hemp oil and lemon juice vinaigrette!). It's good on its own or with some protein and whole grain (made a stir fry tempeh and some wild rice and I have leftovers for tomorrow's lunch!!). I'm drooling now lol. SO GOOD.

 

I finally order some new running shoes (New Balance, my first pair!). No running until I get them...

thanks, am just around 25 BMI so not bad & today i un-hearteh spring/summer clothing that i 've been putting in deep storage for YEARS

tonight i'm going to try on every thing and get rid of what doesn't fit & what i don't want to see anymore ....(i must have stuff in 4 different sizes !)

 

My husband reached his 25 BMI today, yeah, i'm going to treat him to his grand mother date cake tomorrow as a reward (he was nearly 30 BMI last August)

i had lost the recipe in the bottom of a box in the cellar ... for the last 4 years ....

i definitely have hoarding issues, & hoping that sorting out my clothing & being happier about my body will help me getting a grip on tackling the paper mess too .....

 

i still would like to loose about 8- 10 lb for this challenge .... but these last 3 weeks have been VERY stressfull for me so i hardly sleep (and knit and crochet and watch too much TV and read too much instead of sleeping, but it's a way for me to lessen my anxiety due to some stressful family issues ....)

 

have been surprised but even at 25 BMI, i still have a bit of a "muffin top" so i should be feeling happier in my revealing tribal dancing and oriental dancing costumes as i near 23 BMI i suppose (and 2 teachers means 2 dance routines each and 2 separate end of year shows in June....)

 

i need to leave the computer to prepare lunch for the family .... but much looking forward to try on a one piece swim suit i was wearing .... 10 to 15 years ago ??????

hope the elastic is still ok ..... maybe it will fit after i  get to BMI 23 ????

235.1 as of today, blah :(  Not sure what happened.  I did eat out once last week and definitely ate too much, but I also ran 3x last week (one three-miler and two two-miler's) and lifted weights once.  Feh.  Oh well, onwards!

Good gravy. I'm still at 180.4, strangely. I weigh slightly more or less on other days of the week, but it's the third Monday in a row that I've weighed the same. :-(

I'm still at 219.  I'm having trouble getting motivated to exercise and then I try to get motivated with caffeinated soda.  Ugh.  I am pledging to kick the soda and get moving this week!

221.6 pounds. I went with a friend to the Y and used the elliptical - yikes- 15 minutes at its slowest pace with least incline and I was in serious pain: stupid c section.

Lilac take it easy! I know your pain... But maybe the elliptical is not the best exercise for you right now? Maybe bike or walk would be better? I feel like the elliptical would be stretching you where you shouldn't be...!

 

I've been doing soooo good food-wise, I've started adding half a tsp of agar-agar (powdered algea) to my coffee or tea and it's supposed to be a natural appetite suppressant. I'd say it works! And I've been very active, ran yesterday and today!

I recommend doing the cinnamon-honey thing over the agar! It really soothes your stomach and makes you not crave sweets!!

I'm working hard to make sure I exercise 4 times this week. Also, if I go over my calories for the day, which I have, I need to stop there instead of throwing in the towel and eating all the junk because that day is ruined anyway.

63.5kg (140lb) this morning.

A small loss. I feel like my eating is getting back on track though. I was just looking at some notes I made and I have lost 13kg in the last 16 months. I'm hoping the slow pace will help me keep it off once I reach my goal.

(i had some in a cupboard which i had totally forgotten) that in a drink + freshly ground flax seed in a yogurt daily .... this is helping with my gut issues, partly stress related !)

168 :( I've been sick since Thursday and it's that kind of sick that I eat more to compensate with the fact that I feel like shit... Although I still ate my salads and stuff, I overate on snacks.... I still got a few walks in but no running.

 

Hopefully I'll feel better soon, I want to start the 30 day shred again!
