164.7, not bad, a 3 pound loss! And I was expecting a gain this week due to Easter and my parents visiting but no!

 

I feel like I just jump started my weight loss but I need to stick with it, and we're moving on the 1rst sooooo, it'll be hard. BUT let's try and do it :)

i've tried 5:2 lately (but my undoing is an extra cheese meal in the evening or at night ....)

Kind of Isa!

To me it makes a lot of sense to eat a protein with lots of veggies and a salad and I love doing that, but sometimes when you got no time, a sandwich is such a good fix... But yeah I'm getting there, don't have much time to cook right now and I haven't read that magazine you sent me but I will!

 

I've been eating lots of salad, these days I like to make it with power greens, sprouts, grated carrots and beets, red bell peppers.. hmm!

And I eat organic 0% fat yogourt every day and it helps me a lot to go through the day without craving bad foods!

Yes, Isa it looks like you are on the winning team.  I was going back through my Challenge spread sheets and some people that have been with this almost a year have been making great progress. But I want to encourage those that hasn't lost a lot because think about where you would be if you weren't exercising and thinking about where you want to go with your health weight.

Time to start the next challenge.  I am going to get it started up and invite the ladies that have been challenging themselves on another thread.

 

Anything we can do to get more ladies involved? What do you think we can do to challenge ourselves better?  It is warm out now so I think it will be great to get more exercise outside and sunlight to lift our moods.
