1 mile around the house takes approximately 20 minutes, so 270 minutes plus:

3/22 - mulched and picked up sticks 30 minutes, 100 sit-ups 5 minutes: 35 minutes

3/23 - 100 sit-ups 5 minutes, 1 mile - 20 minutes: 25 minutes

= 330 minutes so far.

Hey!!!  Everybody is soooo busy!   

 

I'm hanging in there.  Took my dd for a college visit today.  This one will do me in.  I'm sure of it.  So no workout today. 

 

 

 

3/1 - 80 minutes at the gym......55 minutes cardio on the treadmill and 25 weights
3/2 - 50 minute trail run
3/3 - 55 minute gym workout
3/5 - 90 minutes at the gym. Cardio stairs and weights
3/6 -  50 minutes elliptical and stairs

3/7 -  35 minutes elliptical

3/8  -  40 minutes easy walk/jog

3/9  -  60 minute trail run with hubby - includes 6 minute stretch

3/10  -  30 minute run

3/11 -  60 minute solid weight lifting at the gym

3/12  -  55 minutes cardio

3/13  -  40 minutes on the stairs

3/14  -  70 minutes total   60 solid weight lifting/10 cardio and stretching to warm up

3/15  -  75 minutes minutes trail walking with ma buddy

3/16  -  nada

3/17  -  65 minutes weights at the gym

3/18  -  Not planning to go out in the this weather!  Long run tomorrow0

3/19 -  40 minutes cardio - fail on the long run....

3/20  -  110 minutes total....cardio 45 minutes, weights 60 and then stretching

3/21  -  45 minutes on the elliptical

3/22  -  50 minute trail run

3/23  -  hubby's bday....stayed in

3/24  -  45 minutes on the elliptical

3/25  -  75 minutes weights and cardio

3/26  -  nada

I count walking around stores as exercising.

3/25 Walmart, Lowe's, Publix at least two hours - 120 + 20 minutes exercise bike = 140 + 100 sit-ups = 145

3/27 2 miles around yard - 40 minutes + 145 = 185 + 330 = 515

 

Like Jaxy, I'm nowhere near the goal, just doing as much as I can as time allows.

3/30 100 sit-ups = 5 minutes + 1 mile around yard = 20 minutes + 100 more sit-ups = 5 minutes + 25 = 30 + 10 minutes up and down stairs = 40 + 545 = 585/1,000 (I would have done at least half an hour more but my exercise bike is croaking again)

Went for an 1:30 walk with DS in the sun this morning, it was great! I think I'll take him to the park this afternoon but will ride the bike because my legs are killing me! Will post final results later on :)

at least an hour and a half picking up sticks to prepare for mowing and taking them to the stick pile = 90 minutes = 15 + 105 minutes + 585 = 690/1,000
