Hello!

 

Are you interested in getting out and moving!   This thread is for folks who want to make changes and move.   Document it here.   It helps make yourself accountable and gives you a visual of your hard work.  

 

Set a goal and record your progress!!!!    I set a goal to sweat and count cardio.   Your goals may be to get out and walk for the fresh air.  Whatever works for you!

 

Since I have been slack lately - I'm going to hit the ground running today (HA!  Literally!)

 

 

 

Here goes!

 

3/1  -  80 minutes at the gym......55 minutes cardio on the treadmill and 25 weights

3/2 -   50 minute trail run

3/3  -  55 minute gym workout

Jaxy! !!! Glad to see you! It is really hard to stick to it huh. I'm tired of feeling bad so I'm determined this month.

You're on fire lab!

 

Haven't been too good exercise-wise and having the hardest time writing it down! And until I get new running shoes I'm scared of running some more (all I got is those 10$ walmart shoes I've wearing (and running in!) for the last 2 years!!! NOT good! Shopping on Zappos RIGHT NOW lol.

I haven't timed myself going around our 2.5-acre yard yet. 4 times around makes a mile.

 

3/2 - 35 minutes on exercise bike

3/3 - 35 minutes on exercise bike

3/6 - 30 minutes on exercise bike + 10 minutes walking up and down stairs

3/7 - 10 minutes up and down stairs + approximately 10 minutes doing 200 sit-ups (100 at a time)

3/8 - approximately 5 minutes doing 100 sit-ups

3/9 - 1 mile around house/yard

3/10 - 1 mile around house/yard

3/11 - 30 minutes on exercise bike + 1 mile around house/yard

3/15 - 1 mile around house/yard

3/17 - approximately 5 minutes doing 100 sit-ups

3/20 - 1 mile around house/yard

3/21 - 1 mile around house/yard
