60 mins walk.. pushing two toddlers in a stroller, including rough terrain/hiking trails with hills.  whew!!!

4/1  -  125 minutes total.....60 minute solid weight lifting and then 60 minutes climbing stairs (5.6 miles) at the gym.  Light stretching)

4/2  -  60 minute run includes 5 minute stretch

4/3  -  40 minutes of full body exercises

4/4  -  not sure if I"m doing anything today.....It's only 1 pm.

4/5  -  70 minutes in the gym - 60 cardio and then only 10 weights before the I was interrupted by my family.  As usual  ;-)

4/6  -  50 minutes running the trails with hubby.  We ran and then walked a little checking out new neighborhood construction

4/7  -  100 minutes in the gym - 60 minutes on the treadmill and 40 minutes weights

4/8  -  50 minutes - 45 minute run and stretching

4/9  -  50 minutes walking with my buddy....couldn't take the time off totally

4/10 - 55 minutes running includes light stretching before and after

4/11 - 70 minutes weights and cardio - half each

4/12 - 30 minute easy run

4/13 - nada 

4/14 - 40 minute run

4/15 - nada

4/16 - nada

4/17 - 60 minutes in the gym lifting weights and quick 7 minute mile

4/18 - 65 minute trail run

4/19 - worked a NCAA track meet as an official and got PAID

4/20 - nothing....

4/21 - 90 minutes weights and cardio.  30 cardio....60 minute kicking my butt with weights.

4/22  - 50 minute run

4/23 - 70 minute run

4/24 - 45 minutes weights

approximately 25 minutes each (I'm not feeling so good on this antibiotic for my infected tooth)

 

1,845 + 75 = 1,915

 

2 more miles after lunch, before dinner - no more because my feet were starting to hurt

90 min brisk walk this morning, over lots of hills (my fitbit counted it as 25 flights of stairs!)

4/26 3 miles ~ 25 minutes each + about 10 minutes swimming in our pool for the firs time (cold!) = 85

4/28 2 miles so far - both before lunch before it was 90 degrees ~ 25 minutes each = 50 + 75 = 135

 

1,965 + 125 = 2,100

Jaxy, unless you're paying somebody to do all the packing and moving and unloading, you'll probably get some exercise in there somewhere :)  My mother-in-law's friend lost 15 pound when he moved a few years ago.

Catholic mama your tips are great. I have already had a good walk in the neighbourhood hahaha...and the rest of the things you mentioned can be done so many times a day so thats easy
