Jaxy, what does shred mean?

 

1 mile walked around the house and yard at sunrise ~ 25 minutes

25 + 1,690 = 1,715/2,000

at least 45 minutes walking around shopping + 25 minute mile at sunset = 70

1,715 + 70 = 1,785/2,000

 

15 minutes of moving furniture

1,785 + 15 = 1,800/2,000

5/1  -  35 minute run 

5/2  -  allergies too bad - couldn't take it

5/3  -  65 total in the gym - treadmill and elliptical

5/4  -  took home cooked food to my college kid for exam week

5/5  -  70 minutes walking/jogging with hubby ----just couldn't run with the congestion

5/6  -  uh....my ear drum ruptured last night.  So I took a pass today

5/7  -  120 minutes dug holes, ran the tiller, raked - garden time!   but the pollen did me in

5/8  -  80 minute walk

5/9  -  100 total minutes.....25 walking - 75 in the gym, shoulders chest abs arms

5/10-  nothing

5/11-  nothing

5/12-  nothing

5/13-  60 minutes garden work

5/14-  75 minutes brisk walking

5/15-  30 minutes sculpt

5/16-  45 minutes walking

5/17-  100 minutes cardio and weights

5/18-  nothing

5/19-  40 minute run   FINALLY

5/20-  80 minutes total - nice easy run then brisk walk with my friend on the high school trails

5/21-  50 minute trail run....all running!  YAY!

5/22-  30 minutes weights

5/23-  50 minute run

5/24-  135 total   45 minute run   90 pounding in posts with sledehammer and raking

30 day shred is a 25 min work-out video. You do 3 mins of strenght, 2 min of cardio and 1 min abs, 3 times (different things each time). There is 3 levels, and it WILL shred you if you stick with it. It's just really intense and hard, so I only do it a couple times a week. :P

1 mile + 1/2 mile (I walked 2 laps out of 4 around the house until the thunder told me to go inside) ~ 35 minutes

5/25-  120 oh my gosh - I worked my butt off.  From 10 am until 3 pm....hard manual labor outside.  I think I'll just count 2 hours since my heart wasn't up the entire time. I'm always so conflicted over whether to count this.   But I raked dirt.  And pounded in posts with a sledgehammer.  Over my head...

5/26- nada

5/27- 60 minute run....stretching too

1/2 mile and picked up sticks for 25 minutes before the storm
vacuumed 5+ minutes
