Good job, all of you who exercised in April and especially those who achieved 1,000 and more minutes! May has begun and summer is beginning. Let's see how well we do this month.

I'm going to try for 2,000 minutes again. You're welcome to set your goal at 1,000 minutes, 1,500 minutes, 2,000 minutes or whatever fits you and your fitness routine.

Thanks for exercising with me and inspiring me to do more

5/1 2 miles walked so far ~ 50 minutes
At least an hour walking around shopping
20 minutes on my exercise bike
50 + 60 + 20 = 130
50/2,000 --> 130/2,000

I'm back myself!    I'm going to try and hit 1500 again.   I need to off my butt and head to the park now....

It was too stormy and rainy today to walk outside so no miles walked. I walked up and down stairs for 10 minutes; my bike is croaking, possibly due to the weather, so just 10 minutes today.

1 mile, 25 minutes + 100 sit-ups, 3 minutes + 40 minutes of picking up sticks + 25 minutes of picking up sticks + 1 mile before dinner, 20 minutes + 40 minutes walk to the blueberry patch, picked blueberries, and walked home = 153 minutes

275 + 153 = 428/2,000

Now that I live further I can count my bike riding! Before it was only 10 mins and I didn't feel like I was exercising but now I stick that big belly of mine to my belly button and it feels more like a work out!

Today was not a good day... Just felt blehhh. Comon periods, come, so I can feel myself again :P

Shelley - I'm all good thanks.   It wasn't too bad.   And it shocked me that it happened.   Made me pretty tired.

10 minutes yesterday (I came in in the middle of a mile because my foot hurt, and didn't walk at sunrise because I was too tired from staying up too late with friends after my root canal the night before)

2 miles so far today = roughly 52 + 10 = 62

1 more mile + 10 minutes of walking (1 mile cut short because I came in when I heard gunshots nearby just to be safe) - 25 + 10 = 35

62 + 35 + 598 = 695/2,000

430 I was gonna run to work (for the first time.. I don't know how I'd do with the backpack filled with changing clothes and lunch.. Anybody ever ran with a backpack on? Anyway, I was gonna try but I was running (HA!) out of time, looking for my headphones (haven't been listening to music at all because I usually run with DS in the jogger), it was getting too late so I didn't... Maybe tomorrow?
