I weighed in yesterday AM, but didn't have a chance to post. Monday's weight was 177.2. Tiny loss, but it's still a loss so I'm happy. Too many restaurant meals and meals away from home, not enough exercise or sleep. Too much stress. Ugh! Well, I'm prioritizing exercise this week (though I haven't gotten around to anything formal yet, but I've been busting my butt in the yard). Tomorrow is another day. I'm hoping for more of a loss next week, for the grand finale!
