Hi all! I started with a personal trainer in January this year when my baby was about 8 months old. I just found out I'm expecting again. I've never worked out during a pregnancy and I"m looking forward to staying in shape this time. I still have some weight to lose, but just want to focus on staying active and eating clean.
Is there a thread or a different board for pregnancy fitness?
