I have not done the Dr Phil Program, but many things in his book are so valuable to me as an emotional eater. This book is really unique in that it focuses on our emotions and why we tend to overeat, etc. I really like that.
(I'm doing WW, by the way, and have lost 15 pounds in a little over a month!)
what i have read of his book, so far, has really helped. it's weird, it's like i KNEW what i was doing was wrong and was the reason i was staying heavy and not losing weight, but until i saw it in black and white it never registered for me. i enjoy his style of writing too. he is definitely not a boring read.
i am still reading the 7 keys, but i was interested if anyone followed his actual eatting plan?
