Yes it was for high school. My neighbor graduated. I have two down and one to go before I'm an empty nester! Yikes!
6/1 - 40 minutes running with my daughter. Includes stretching and walking a bit. I was just glad she was with me and enjoyed walking and talking with her!
6/2 - 60 minute cardio kickbox
6/3 - 55 trail run
6/4 - Day off!
6/5 - 20 minutes pushups lunges etc. Started off strong with my daughter and then a total fail! Lol!
6/6 - 75 minutes - brutal trail run in the oppressive heat!
6/7 - I think I took this day off
6/8 - 65 minutes total got to run with my 17yo ds...yay! He obviously ran slow for ole mom
6/9 - 100 total 70 minute run plus a 30 minute walk
6/10 - 45 minute cardio kickbox
6/11 - Taking the day off to attend graduation ceremony
6/12 - 65 minute trail run
6/13 - 70 minute road run with hubs...added some pushups and squats halfway through
