@Nazsmum - hey thanks! I'm getting stressed out. I don't know why....I just want to do well I guess.

UGH

3/1 - 85 minutes total - 70 minute run
3/2 - just couldn't do it with allergies
3/3 - 80 minutes 2.5 mile warm up and interval workout. My splits just for my records.
1:31 30 to 40 second rest
1:37 30 to 40 second rest
1:33 30 to 40 second rest
1:38 bathroom break
1:33 30 to 40 second rest
1:32 30 to 40 second rest
1:31 60 to 90 second rest
1:31
3/4 - 85 minutes trail run
3/5 - 20 minute walk with friends
3/6 - 95 minute run
3/7 - 45 minute run
3/8 - 70 minute run
3/9 - 50 minutes - sculpt and strength training.
3/10 - 45 minute run
3/11 - off!
3/12 - off!
3/13 - 85 total - 45 minutes on the elliptical and 40 weights
3/14 - just couldn't muster up any energy
3/15 - 60 minute run on the treadmill...the weather tanked and it was cold
3/16 - 40 minute easy run
3/17 - 40 minutes interval workout
3/18 - off!
3/19 - 65 minutes total... hill work out - strength and cardio

3/19 - 65 minutes total... hill work out - strength and cardio
3/20 - 90 minutes - 75 minute run and stretching etc
3/21 off
3/22 - 70 minutes. 2.5 mile warm up then interval workout
3/23 - 40 minute jog then walk.....couldnt muster the energy
3/24 - 70 minute run
3/25 - 40 minutes. Light cardio and strength
3/26 - 35 minute run...it was really hard. My son (who is a state Champion XC runner) said it was fatigue and I need a few days off....
3/27 - might take today off
3/28 - 80 minute run
3/29 - off
3/30 - 45 minute workout
