Hi there, i'm still alive !!! just went away for 2 nights & 3 days (NO computer & my phone doesn't do internet ... well, it should, but i don't know how to operate that, i'm fine just doing SMS and the odd call on my cheap plan ) ... i'm getting addicted to my daily barbell exercises in fact ... i had withdrawal symptoms !!!!!
well ... i did manage some sort of exercise whilst i was away ...
7/6: no early morning jog since i had a VERY early train to catch ... BUT i walked A LOT (at least 10 km ???) PLUS i found a few machines in a park and did two types of arm exercises, even in my short skirt and sandals ... plucked the courage to ask some joggers stopping by to use some of the machines to take a few pictures with my phone, lol ....
7/7: only walked with my cousin during the day = shorter distance and not as fast ... but borrowed two bottles in the evening and did my usual lot of exercises ... the bottles were not as heavy but it was better than nothing in any case
7/8: hardly any walking today BUT did 8 types of exercises with my own barbell in the evening !!
DD1 is being picked up at 5:25 am tomorrow so i'm likely to walk with her to the meeting point ... and then jog from there ...
now, i WAS going to go to bed much earlier but it turned out that we sort of HAD TO print our boarding passes now since there'll be 5 of us travelling (before she goes away with her ID document) for our trip in 2 and a half week ... and now i no longer feel sleepy ...
