I am using the Walk Away The Pounds Videos. I started with 1 miles, then moved up to 2. I'm thinking of starting the 3 miles soon.

I would love to find some other videos to do though. For a nice change of scenery, and also to not always be walking.

Thank you!!

I like a compilation video by Gilad - aerobics. Also, another favorite is the video Cindy Crawford did right after having her first child. Can't remember the titles of either of them!

Also, for a nice change of pace, I like the AM and PM yoga tapes with Rodney Yee.

Good luck!

Ya'll are going to make me a workout DVD junkie. I've been collecting them since last fall in preparation for not being able to get out much in winter, and I keep seeing people talk about more here that I want to get.

I really like Rodney Yee's Power Yoga and the Living Arts Total-Body Yoga Workout.

I also enjoy Instructional Bellydance with Jillina. (I have levels 1 & 2.) I have The Goddess Workout with Dolphina, which is also bellydance, and it's pretty good. I didn't like it at first, but it's growing on me.

There are a lot of Yoga DVDs I like, but my favorite instructor for cardio and strength work is Cathe Friedrich. I used to be an active member of the Video Fitness forum (so many reviews and great info).

Cathe totally kicks butt!!!! SHE ROCKS! I've tried many, many different work out videos and she is by far the best. She's not too cutsey and her routines are really innovative and fun. But be warned.... Her work outs are HARD! You will feel the burn and will be gasping for air in the beginning. But they are so fun and make you feel so good, that you go back for more. I highly recommend them!

I do workouts by Gilad and I love them so much!! I tivo them off FitTV and then my husband puts them on dvd for me. I have quite the collection going. But his workouts are so fantastic. I'm pretty sure he has a bunch of DVD's too. Anyway if you get FitTV there are about 3 different shows of his. He's totally motivating and the workouts are good!!

Another Cathe lover here. I started doing her stuff on FitTv, and have slowly started to buy her videos, we don't have a dvd player yet. I have been doing her for almost a year and have yet to be bored. My goal is to one day complete all of BootCamp and Imax 2 without having to stop and take a short break to get some air.
