I got rained out yesterday so no running yet this week, but this morning I did 45 minutes of yoga! (with little people dolls climbing all over me!)

So far I have done pretty well today, 22 min running on the treadmill and a 45 min fast walk on a trail with baby.

Skipped a day from working out yesterday, but made up for it today. Treadmill and elip = 37 min & weight machines = 20 min. I'm going to try and do my yoga video tonight as well, so maybe I can add another 30 mins in.

Finally some time to post..I am so behind....totally off with my exercise..... :

Ok Sunday evening walking 40 minutes, Today 20 minutes walking and 120 minutes major hard gardening (I am in pain now...........sigh)...working the muscles! Probably was long but I'll even it out to that.

40 + 20 + 120=180/1000

I haven't checked in, in awhile so I've got a few days to add
18min dog walk Sat; 45 walking in the mall Mon; 15 minutes of yoga and stretching this am; and a 2 hour walk in the wood this am
so now I'm at: 237/1000

dh did alot of running up and down the stairs getting stuff from the house into the yard and then back in, Sat, he says that counts. He hasn't been walking with me though
so he's at 30/1000

I'm a bit behind this month. DS was sick, and several other things seemed to pile up. I can't believe there are 8 pages already!!! I skimmed through; ya'll have been busy!

Here's what I've managed to do (over the course of 3 days):
20 min. self-directed Pilates
45 min. elliptical
45 min. cycle class
60 min. strength and stretching
=
170/1000

I don't know if I'll make 1000 this month, but I'll try!!!
