Here we go again! Please post your goals! It doesn't have to be 1000.

I'm actually going to admit some sort of defeat and stay with 1000 minutes this month instead of 1200. When my kids start back to school and my knee heals - I'll go back up to 1200.

8/1 - 45 minutes weight lifting
8/2 - 45 minutes cardio and abs

90/1000


I can't believe this thread hasn't already been started!

Trying to do the right thing with three kids and a hubby.

I'm joining for the first time... I'll make my goal only 500 because I'm a newbie. (I hope that's not too low! )

I'm just starting today so I have no updates/reports. In fact I'm not going to do ANYTHING until the heat wave breaks. I'm a wimp without AC in this heat.

My August Goal will be 1300

August 1 = 60 minutes of Tae Bo
Today = 50 Pilates Fat Burning and 20 minutes Pilates toning

Great idea! I haven't seen this before (new to this section of MDC). I'll just go for the 1000 and see what happens. Here's my best guestimate of what I've done this month so far:

10 - arm workout
10 - arm workout
10 - leg workout
5 - leg workout
10 - stationary bike
45 - walk
90 - walk

180/1000

Can you tell I've got a Quick Fix video? And even though they're only 10 minute I STILL get interrupted by the kids!

I'm in for 1000 again. That seems to be a good number. Once all of the hubub of summer is over I'm going to try for 1100.

Anyway, I'm at 249/1000

I'm new to this, but think this is a great idea to help keep me accountable!

Since it's already the 15th, I'm going to aim for 500 minutes.
