Here we go again! Please post your goals! It doesn't have to be 1000.
I'm actually going to admit some sort of defeat and stay with 1000 minutes this month instead of 1200. When my kids start back to school and my knee heals - I'll go back up to 1200.
8/1 - 45 minutes weight lifting
8/2 - 45 minutes cardio and abs
I can't believe this thread hasn't already been started!
