Finally got my butt to the early spinning class this a.m. and IT ROCKED!!!

The instructor was FANTASTIC... and then he announced 15 min before the end of class that he has to leave the Y to work at a private club On the upside, he'll still be at the Y next Tues and Thurs, and I plan to enjoy those classes to the max! And physically and mentally, I feel great after that early morning pump, so I plan to do the early morning spinning as often as possible. Now, y'all please hold me to that in a few weeks after the initial glow wears off...

Spinning is AWESOME! I do it at the Y 2-3x a week. So far the allure of it hasn't worn off for me . And a great instructor makes all the difference.

Yesterday I did a 45 minute spin class and this morning I swam 2100 yds. ~ farthest swim yet! It felt awesome too. No running today, but tomorrow is a group run outside. I'm looking forward to it.

kerc, i'd have her tested. em is a february, which is why i decided not to do it two years ago. she was a very young 4 at the time that the 5s were registering for K then, but MAN, by september she was a much more mature kid and could have ABSOLUTELY handled K. if she were a november bday, i aboslutely would have explored the option, no questions asked.

is your district full or half day? that's another concern - i don't know that a yougner one could handle a full day, but half, yep.
