The first time I tried I was not working out at all and now I've found a gym I love and I walk fast on the treadmill for 30 min. then I do an hour long toning class 2x/week and on a 3rd day I do the treadmill and then take my kids to swim in their pool. So in other words, I'm a lot more active now so maybe that would help me...
Do you go out everyday??
I have ot re-read the program I forget what they say on that.
This is a good time of year to jump inot running too with the warm weather coming.

I took my duaghter out for a run today. I didn't have anything to eat or drink (besides coffee) and I was so dehydrated after the first run I thought that I might die. I made it through the second set before I had to walk home for water. My husband said I looked like death. Nice. Honestly, I felt like death. While I was walking home I was talking gently to my body about how this was for it's benifit but it just felt cruel. Ugh. I was feeling very discouraged. But I really like my new "jogging suit" and running shoes so I will have to put them to good use!
