What types of exercises are suitable for women with prolapse? I know jarring activities like running are out, as well as crunches and pilates. Walking has seemed to improve things a bit for me. What about bike riding or an elliptical machine? I'm still only 2 months postpartum and my prolapse has already improved quite a bit, so it's very mild, but I'm worried about doing anything that could make it worse.
