Why would albacore be more expensive then? Is it supposed to be healthier in other aspects?
I'm just curious, is it a taste/texture/"white meat" issue? Or a nutritional one? Or simply a marketing issue?
I'm fine continuing to eat the cheaper one! Honestly, I go in spurts. Right now, I could eat three cans a day, every day (I restrain myself to a couple of servings a week). At some point I'll get sick of it, and I won't eat it again for several months.
