Gaye -- FWIW -- the harness on our single doesn't unclip in the same manner as the double. That makes it necessary to put child in THEN put on bike helmet. PIA.

Ha, I actually usually put it on after anyway...I'm too lazy to unbuckle the harness.

rr~Got my 4 miles in. Holy hot already. It was actually a pretty good run aside from melting down, my legs felt good and wanted to go relatively fast. I'm torn though on taking the dog (I did). I can't decide which is worse...leaving him home with no exercise, or taking him out in this heat when he's kind of shaggy and overgrown (he's getting groomed next week). Poor guy. He's currently passed out on the living room floor.

I'm off to work again this afternoon (and tomorrow morning, too). The kind of nice thing is that I'm taking DS with me, so I have an excuse to not really do much. Which my boss is totally ok with, btw.

Thank you for the jogger suggestions! I do like the idea of being able to use it as a bike trailer, too.

It's hot and very, very humid here too. I ran 4.5 this morning, most of it around an 8:30 pace and then did 20 minutes on the elliptical, just for fun . I just talked to DH and he's just passing through Memphis. Only 8 hours to go!

Now, I MUST CLEAN!

Non rr Rant: arghh dingos! I'm enraged and saddened because a friends father had surgery for Crohns 2 days ago (the same surgery my dh had 2 years ago) and this morning he was given last rights! I know life's not fair, but it just really is upsetting. I hate that good people suffer for NO good reason. I know it's just personal to me because we live with the disease.

I need to run, but my breathing is not good today...I think it is air quality.

I am going to to see As You Like It tonight at an outdoor theater..so there are some diversions!
