9/17 - 25 min walk to the park with dd in stroller, up hill most the way!

9/20 - 60 min walking
9/23 - 45 min elliptical, 20 min strength
9/23 - 30 min walk
9/25 - 50 min elliptical
9/26 - 20 min the shred dvd, 40 min crunch dvd, 15 min elliptical

I'm going to try and do 100 minutes tomorrow, but i don't think i could do 200. This is the most i've done in one month so far, and i've done this challenge many months.

WOW!!! I am surprised and delighted with my determination to exercise every single day this month no matter what! Some days were quite challenging to motivate myself to get out there and do something.

Thank you for this thread! Accountability is big for me and I appreciate the opportunity to post my minutes daily.

Congrats to others who made their goal this month! :

Keep up the good work to those who fell short this month! Think of how much you would have done WITHOUT this challenge and compare that to what you DID do!
