My dd has a very hard time digesting food it seems, and i am wodering if anyone has had any experience with taking papaya enzyems. Do you think the chewable ones would be ok for a toddler?

Any tips on how to alleviate constipation and slow digestion in a toddler?

We are already doing an elimination diet, and probiotics, and prunes and extra fiber.......any other tips?

Thanks!

i can't speak of enzymes..but I can tell you that liquid vitamin C, no only builds up the immunity but it can get the poop really going.

I get childlife Vitamin C (I get it at whole foods) and if you go for it..be liberal you'll get action!

If you're doing probiotics and extra fiber, the first thing that comes to mind is... is she drinking enough water? Without sufficient water, fiber can stop you right up.

Good fats can also lubricate things so they move right along.
