I want to make a quiche using some of this leftover Easter ham and I'm wondering if any of you have any tried and true recipes? Also planning to add broccoli and cheese.
Also recipes for the crust?
Thanks!

Go to www.smittenkitchen.com and put in for the tart crust recipe. Everthing I've ever made from the site has been great.

This is my FAVE quiche type meal, and I always make it when we have leftover ham. The crust is made from diced up mushrooms (and oh so yummy!), but you could easily use a regular crust!

Enjoy!

ETA: I just use regular creamcheese because I don't like the flavored stuff, I prefer to use my own spices.

I am not crunchy enough for this forum. Everyday I get a little crunchier though! :
