It's a 2lb pork roast, and I have it on the highest setting. Can it possibly cook in 2 hours?

I wouldnt think so. A lot of it depends of the thickness and whether you say browned it first before putting it in. for example a 2 lb thick piece would take longer than say a flattened 2 lb piece, kwim? But generally no I wouldnt think it would cook in 2 hrs.
