I've never tried lemon basil - sounds good.
I put fresh tarragon in my tuna or chicken salad. I love to roast potatoes that have been tossed with olive oil and fresh thyme. I really love cilantro but I'll leave that to the cilantro thread because that seems to be a whole dicussion in itself. Lately, I have tried different things made with lavendar which are yummy. I want to try this lavendar shortbread recipe I found. I really love fresh oregano - it has a whole different taste from dried and I love it in potato salad.
