I had a tunafish sandwich, and put some fresh lemon basil leaves in it. It was soooo yummy!!!

Please share your favorite herb(s) and what you use them for.
Please also share any other uses for lemon basil if you know any!

I've never tried lemon basil - sounds good.

I put fresh tarragon in my tuna or chicken salad. I love to roast potatoes that have been tossed with olive oil and fresh thyme. I really love cilantro but I'll leave that to the cilantro thread because that seems to be a whole dicussion in itself. Lately, I have tried different things made with lavendar which are yummy. I want to try this lavendar shortbread recipe I found. I really love fresh oregano - it has a whole different taste from dried and I love it in potato salad.
