I'm trying to figure out things (mostly breakfast, lunch and snacks) I can make/serve for my DD2 (17 mo). Basically she can eat (or really what she will eat) fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds & meats.

Breakfast: diced ham and potato fried in olive or coconut oil, fruit smoothie, bacon, sausage, chickpea/zucchini fritters
Lunch/Dinner: chicken soup, beef soup, turkey meatball soup, chicken mirabella, chicken marsala, pork & kraut, transylvanian goulash, baked or poached salmon, tilapia sauteed in bacon grease (my DS's new favorite breakfast courtesy of DH), roasted veggies, steamed veggies.
