Does anyone have good information regarding the nutritional breakdown of breastmilk vs. cow's milk, rice milk, and others? Also, what's the scoop on hemp milk?

In my opinion, those things are not comparable. Human breast milk is in an entirely different league.

Cows milk versus other alternative milks, that's a different discussion. A good summary can be found here and here.

Breast milk is the best source of nutrition for babies. When they get older you can start giving him/her other sources of milk whether formula or cows milk.
