We buy big tubs of organic plain whole milk yogurt, and sometimes we don't eat it very fast. There is half a tub in the fridge now that has been open for maybe 8 or 9 days now. Is it still good?? It's sour even when it's fresh, so I'm not exactly sure how to tell. :LOL
Also, if it's getting old but is still safe to eat, does anyone have any recipes that call for about 2 cups of plain yogurt?? Recipes that involve baking are good too.
