I'm looking to save $ and stop buying wild rice (it's the true wild rice that's all black...I had no idea what it looked like until I seen it) at Whole Foods and buy organic wild rice in bulk. I tried Bread Beckers but they don't carry it. Anyone have somewhere they order from that has it?

Red Lake Nation Food Incorporated has an online store where you can buy bags up to 25 lbs. Its still kind of expensive but if you use a lot its still cheaper than the little bags. It's harvested by the Chippewa tribe in northern Minnesota.

We get ours at our large (semi local) co-op. You can order in bulk too. I think ours comes from Minnesota?

Blissful Mama to DD-(5), DS-(6) and someone new due in November!
