Talk to me mamas, I'm looking for a great source!! I wanted to go with Trapical traditions , Buuuuuuuuut, they are so much $$$$$$$, I'm wondering if there is a more affordable source? Orrrrrrrrrrrrr, maybe even a local place, I'm in NJ.
If they sell pollen and other bee products that would be super duper awesome!!!!
Where in NJ are you? I buy my honey locally; I'm in Mercer County. My farmer is in Yardville, I think-- I can't remember exactly without going downstairs to look at the jug. He's at the Trenton Farmer's Market on a regular basis, year-round. It's still expensive, though. Even pasteurized honey at the Shop-Rite isn't cheap. I don't think anybody's selling cheap honey anymore.
I've also bought beeswax from him. I don't know if he sells other bee products-- I've never asked.
Cool, if you get a chance to look at that jug I'd appreciate it!
I'm in Union county, little north of central.
I KNOW what you mean about the prices of honey, makes me think I need my OWN apiary! How awesome would that be!!!!
