I love coffee (I do half decaf have reg) and am trying to eat better ect. So I realized today I used 10 packets of raw sugar in my coffee this morning for a whopping 200 calories!
I have Stevia in the Raw and I hate it. It's gross. My coffee sucks. It doesn't taste sweet and makes it have an awful aftertaste.
Are different brands sweeter or anything?
What is your experience with stevia? Is there an alternative that is not harmful and still 0 calories?

Ok I don't know anything with zero calorie but what about raw agave nectar? That stuff is SO sweet. I read somewhere that it 30-40% sweeter than sugar so that means you would use less. It does have more calories when compared in the same measurements but if you cut your use by that much you could save a lot of calories.

I use Truvia, which is a mix of stevia and erythritol, another "natural" sweetner. Probably not the best in the world for me, but zero calories and it tastes fine to me, no aftertaste or bitterness like straight stevia.
Apparently doing it rong and ruining it for everyone, but I don't give a crap anymore.
