So, I've been trying to find a good pickle recipe and the last batch i made is just waaayyy too strong. Anyone have any good ideas for what i can do with them - they're really hard to eat as is...
(also, any great refrigerator pickle recipes that don't take sugar would be awesome too!)
Just made these http://www.foodinjars.com/2011/06/urban-preserving-refrigerator-dill-pickles/ and let me tell you....the apple cider vinegar is strrooonngg! Totally edible, if you don't mind the acv....I can only eat about 1 at a time. My dad said he would take a jar, but no one else wanted to try them b/c of the acv....
Would love other fridge pickle recipes too!
