I recently bought a Food Saver, mostly for the ability to seal mason jars. I already used them for much of our food storage.
I want to make a few batches of applesauce.
How long will it stay fresh in the fridge, sealed by the Food Saver?
How about frozen, sealed by the Food Saver?
I'll be putting both in Ball freezer-safe Pint jars.
