Okay, I know MSG is unhealthy and I avoid it, but why? I've searched and can't seem to find any articles that explain the effects of MSG. I'm very concerned about nutrition and all the additives in foods, but my DH is not convinced. I'm trying to give him legit articles about why certain things should be avoided. Can someone help me? Any articles about MSG (or other food additives) and why they're unsafe/unhealthy? TIA!
