I see all kinds of products out there--coconut cream, cream of coconut, raw coconut butter.
I'd like to buy BPA free coconut milk that is high quality and lets me get a lot of coconut cream. Not sure I can do that. SO, I'm trying to figure out some way to accomplish my goal going down a different path.
