2 questions really -
1. What oil do you use for an all-purpose cooking/frying oil? (not deep frying)
2. How much do you pay for it?
I've decided to finally start buying organic cold-processed oil and I bought Spectrum organic extra virgin olive oil, which is okay, but I paid $9 for 25 oz. Is this a decent price? Are there better options out there? I would actually prefer canola but I heard that olive oil is healthier. Thoughts on that would be helpful as well! Thanks!
