Thanks for the conversation about flax during pregnancy. When I read on the dangers of eating it during pregnancy, I was concerned of course. But, I see it's a small issue. I actually have turned to Hemp Milk. I drink it daily for my omega's. And I take a DHA Krill oil supplement.
