Ive read so much good stuff on the both of them...and really cant decide which to stick with. They both taste so good :)

dunno which one is better.

 

i do both.

 

peppermint tea is wonderful with coconut milk and honey.

 

but oh boy earl gray and english breakfast is only good with cows milk.

My daughter can't have cow's milk (even raw), so we do coconut milk for her... The rest of us drink raw milk.  :-)  I say just mix it up!

I say raw cows milk, I believe we need good, raw animal fats and cows milk is a good source, especially since no one usually eats any other animal fat raw :)  I dont think coconut milk is bad, but it is a processed food and raw milk is not.  We find other ways to incorporate coconut into our diets!
