Hi there, I'm looking for some help with BLW. DS is 8 months old. I know I am to just feed him food from my plate but I'm not sure my food is appropriate. Most of what we eat is organic. DS has had avocado, banana, apple, sweet potato, yellow potato, lettuce, cucumber, pickle, everything in large wedges. Some of the meals Hubby and I eat are chicken quesadillas, salmon patties, mac and cheese, burgers, meatloaf, steak, pizza, ham and scalloped potatoes, beef and veggie chili, made-rites, hot dogs, sides we have things like peas, glazed baby carrots, salad, mashed potatoes, homemade spicy fries, green beans. Breakfast is usually oatmeal, and lunch is salad and an egg sandwich. I also do fruit and yogurt every day. I just don't know if these foods are okay for him to eat or how to turn them into foods he can eat. The food we eat is not in large wedges/pieces.
