Monday, Aug. 27

Can speak to highly of my salt craving yesterday:

Breakfast: oatmeal with grapes, tator tos with ketchup

lunch: sandwich with vegetarian wham and miracle whip, potato chips, tomatoes (yummy little ones from garden), 2 yogurts

supper: angel hair pasta with tomato basil sauce, broccoli, slice of bread with baby bel cheese and miracle whip, yogurt

snack: combos cheese and pretzel snacks, 2 bags of freeze dried fruit

I think the writing down of the food has helped me lose, even when my choices aren't the best.

Thanks Milk, I am finding it is helping me lose, even when my food choices aren't the best.  If I have a good day, then I have something to reference to maybe repeat as far as eating goes in the future.

Wednesday, Aug. 29:

Breakfast: 2 slices of bread with peanut butter and apricot preserves, oatmeal with mixed berries

Lunch: cheese sandwich with wham and miracle whip, potato chips, grapes, 2 yogurts

Supper: chili style pasta - pasta, tomato sauce, black beans, green peppers, cumin, cheese sprinkled on top, yogurt, orange creamsicle sponge cake

Thanks Amandamarie!  It was a good feeling!

I will have to try and get back into the habit of recording what I am eating too, I do think it makes a difference to the number on the scales.  So today

B: Weetbix and soy milk

L: chili bean quinoa and vege sausage

D: pho bo w/ rice noodles, chili, coriander, etc

S: 2 vita weats w/ vegemite and 1 chocolate cupcake!  hide.gif

I am on my way to loosing the baby weight and have posted my exercise routines and smoothie recipes on my blog http://homemomsandhealth.blogspot.com/. I have a smoothie for breakfast, yogurt and granola for snack, another smoothie for lunch or a light sandwich or wrap. And for dinner we eat protein, salad, and a simple carb. I am also trying raspberry ketones and garnicia cambogia regimen. I am down 7 lbs in two weeks. Not to bad :) We do weight watchers as well. I update my blog regularly with useful ideas so check it out :)
