I have a cousin who has asked me for a list of foods to introduce to her 8 month old child...who has already had a major allergic reaction (hives) something.  She's not sure what.

When I introduced foods to my toddler I had a list provided to me by my naturopathic physician which I followed for the most part.  It was very different than the conventional lists we usually see....holding off on wheat, etc. for quite some time as well as some other foods that are usually introduced rather early.

My naturopath doesn't have that llist anymore and says he's changing some things in his approach with that and doesn't want to give me a list he's not 100% comfortable with yet.  This is frustrating to me because I want to give her some guidance but threw my list out several months ago as I didn't need it anymore.  I really can not remember the order of things so I'm in search of at least a similar list.  Does anyone know where I can find such a list?

Oh...and I wasn't really sure if this was the right place to put this question...sorry if there is a better place....

I think I found my lists from Kelly Mom and links provided by their site. It's my "go to" for most breastfeeding questions.
