I love that stuff but googling showed only regular brands that have artificial colors, preservatives and so on. I couldn't track down organic stuff at all. Kroger's and Safeway in my town don't carry good stuff. I could go to Wholefoods 45 miles South from home... But do they carry some good stuff at all? Is tehre an online store with decent banana peppers? I love them.
I don't have my recipe handy, but I've pickled them myself, and it was really easy. I used a refrigerator recipe I found online instead of canning. It was something like boiling water and white vinegar and salt and pouring it over a jar full of peppers.
