Coffee has three stimulants in it, so even decaf coffee gives me a pick-me-up. Too much caffeine (two cups of coffee in two days) gives me a migraine.

I find a b12 under the tongue liquid when I'm slumping is like crack. I get perked right up w-in 15m of taking it.
Also agree with the peppermint tea and lemon teas. Peppermint is suppose to soothe but I find it perks me up.
A tall glass of cool water with an apple w almond butter
A green smoothie with kiwi
Just stepping out side and breathing in deep
I've heard oat straw extract helps too
